The congregation was founded in 1990 by our chief pastor and bearer of the Federal Cross of Merit on the band Rev. Dr. Kingsley Arthur.

The trained business economist was manager director in a renowned company until God called him to found a multicultural, multi-ethnic, multilingual, international Christian community with the VISION in isaiah 58: 12.

After a theological training, he was ordained as a pastor. And in the winter of 1990 he founded the community, which at that time was still called the International Christian Revival Centre, and a few years later was renamed the International Christian Revival Church.

In 2000, God sent Pastor Evelyn Werther, also the bearer of the Federal Cross of Merit on the Ribbon, to the church to fulfil the vision and mission of God together with Rev. Dr. Kingsley Arthur as co-pastor.

And to THIS DAY God builds his church, not only through the two pastors, but also through many faithful collaborators who live for Jesus and whose main goal is to carry on the vision and mission, for which God has commissioned the church.
